When business owners pick an order fulfillment provider that will help them deliver their products to consumers, they tend to look at more than just getting products to doorsteps or mailboxes.

Some business owners look to see if the order fulfillment company they are about to rely on exhibits or promotes values by which they operate.

Company values

Businesses that partner with Roltak know what the company’s values are before they sign up for fulfillment services.

On its website at Roltak.com, the company outlines the standards of behavior and principles of its operation. Company, which is owned by MJT III Inc., details its values so potential business clients are clear about how it does business. Every client is given the same level of treatment, not matter their size or financial ledger.

Roltak offers “the very best service we can at affordable prices,” according to its website. “Our team is always on the lookout for quicker and easier ways to perform tasks and accomplish goals without sacrificing service.”

Working in the dark

From many business owners, knowing the company’s standards can be very valuable.

But not all order fulfillment providers share their company’s values with potential clients. And this means business customers are in the dark about where these service providers stand on issues important to them.

On its website, Fulfillify, an e-commerce fulfillment provider with offerings from Complemar, does not clearly outline the company’s values or principles.

But the company says it provides business customers access to a wide range of information that includes getting started to cart integration and insights.

Easyship shares its story about helping businesses use the company’s software to deliver their goods to buyers worldwide. But when it comes to values and principles that it holds, the website offers no insights.

In its story, Easyship says the company created a platform to streamline shipping and fulfillment services for sellers, small businesses and crowdfunding projects so they can easily reach new customers and markets.

Deliverr also does not provide any information about its values or operating principles. The company’s website does talk about its all-inclusive, Amazon-like pricing contract that requires no long-term contracts or hidden fees.

The company also promises a hassle-free experience for business customers who can create an account in minutes, connect any sales channel, and enjoy complete automation. And business customers get access to information on how to connect their listing tool or shopping cart.

Governing principles

On its website, Roltak lays out the set of principles that govern its operation. “Every effort is made to get your customer orders out in a timely manner while maintaining the highest level of accuracy,” the company says.

Principles include:

  • Setting goals for each business client and meeting them. The company “places emphasis on assisting you with meeting all of your goals, achieving success, and growing your business.”
  • Making sure business customers and their customers are completely satisfied that tasks are performed with care and attention.
  • Providing technology resources, including the latest equipment and experienced staff, to handle operational tasks.
  • Prioritizing the needs of our business customers and ensuring they are happy and satisfied with the service.
  • Processing orders quickly while maintaining accuracy and then delivering them on time and affordably.
